OEA helps students and members get the resources they need to focus on learning and growing as professionals.

Students enrolled in the welding program at Clackamas Community College have been able to purchase welding gear, thanks to grants from the OEA基金会.

OEA provides members with access to a variety of grant opportunities aimed at deepening their professional practice, as well as access to the OEA基金会 when students need financial support. Grant application windows can vary, so please check back often for more information about specific grant opportunities.

 

OEA基金会

的 OEA基金会 provides educators with up to $100 grants to help students meet basic, urgent and immediate needs so they can succeed in school. Cash grants from the Foundation fill needs unmet by any other source. Learn more about the OEA基金会 and apply for a grant to help a student in need.

OEA Grant Opportunities

OEA Educator Empowerment Grant

Educator Empowerment grants will be awarded to help local associations engage members around important issues that impact teaching and learning.

的 grant may be used to support professional learning and/or to enhance and improve professional practice in a specific area. Grant awards range from $1000-$5000. Contact the Center for Great Public Schools for more information or ideas on professional practice organizing.

OEA Barb Drennan Promising Practices Grant

Have a plan that could enhance your classroom skills or boost student achievement? An idea for a site-based professional development activity that could build partnerships? OEA’s Center for Great Public Schools awards Promising Practice 奖助金 to provide student learning and professional development for OEA members across Oregon.
